The Center for Uyghur Studies (Uyghur Study) is a non-profit organization focused on educating the public about Uyghurs, Kazakhs, Kyrgyz, and other ethnic groups living in East Turkistan (referred to by the Chinese Communist Party as Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region). We aim to use our reports, studies, and research to advise on strategic policy recommendations for interfaith entities, international organizations, and governments, all within the lens of the Uyghur perspective.
Our mission is to make the global public awareness of the genocide and human rights, economic, social, and environmental crises happening in East Turkistan using comprehensive studies and research.
The Center for Uyghur Studies aims to examine the way the Chinese Communist Party exerts economic and political pressure on Muslim Uyghur, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, and other cultures living in East Turkistan. Additionally, we will shed light on the CCP’s activities in both Central Asian countries and other Islamic countries, and the economic, social, and environmental of their policies in these regions.
