This Declaration was adopted in Berlin, Germany, on November 14, 2025, during the International Uyghur Women’s Dialogue. It reflects the collective voice of Uyghur organizations, women’s rights advocates, human rights defenders, and civil society partners who came together to highlight the urgent challenges facing Uyghur women in East Turkistan. The purpose of this Declaration is to present a unified call for global action to protect their rights, dignity, and freedom.
